SPOILERS: This section contains post-credits spoilers and dialogue about Persephone's backstory.Įach piece of dialogue that follows has its own dialogue and affinity requirements, and those have their own requirements. There are two types of requirements - dialogue and affinity When Zagreus has finished speaking to Persephone, The Queen's Plan prophecy will be fulfilled and the Family Reunion prophecy will be foretold. After meeting the requirements Persephone will tell Zagreus about a plan she has involving the Olympians and next steps. The first part entails meeting specific dialogue requirements and developing relationships with the Olympian gods. SPOILERS: This section names related prophecies. The first involves developing relationships with major characters and the second is a task that triggers the event itself. Persephone gets worried that maybe Zeus is her father (this is not true though, given the fact that Kore was produced asexually)ĭuring the conversation there's a lot of technicalities I think, and people made family tree diagrams based off all the characters, and from what I've gathered (I could be completely wrong which happens often!) that the concept on incest is kinda tossed out the window.Initiating the epilogue is a two-part process. Then it shows a line of the women waiting to get his attention. Hades got confused because that meant Metis slept with Zeus. But as of now I feel like things got lost in the chaos, when Metis describes the rules of being a Fertility Goddess. He states something like "so, as your nephew, I feel like I gotta give you a pep talk" I remember at that point many people commented that RS had stated specifically there is no incest. I remember season 2 continued after hiatus and Hebe was seen with Storge spending time together before he reminds her that she was supposed to yell at Zeus. Rachel wanted to "avoid" all of that and wanted to be cutesy with her relationship, so she decided to make Demeter a supervillian with a healthy dose of character assassination. (They're justified in LO too, but poorly handled.) So Demeter have very little choice in the matter and Persephone doesn't either, even if she grew to love Hades over time. The brothers determine that Persephone will spend 6 months in the Underworld and 6 months with her mother, hence why winter exists (because Demeter is sad without her daughter). Hades says that she can leave if she hadn't eaten anything, but he feeds Persephone 6 pomegranate seeds. Demeter went to Zeus asking for his help and Zeus goes to his brother to work out a deal. Demeter becomes justifiably upset when Hades kidnaps Persephone (against her will) and keeps her in the Underworld. In the original myths and here, Demeter isn't against the relationship because of incest. I wouldn't think about it too much.īut no. Rachel is the type who changes the fact that Hera and Zeus aren't siblings because she wants to avoid incest, but she also changed Rhea's original design and made her look exactly like Persephone because as if that''s not all types of Freudian yikes. It's best not to consider any form of accuracy when reading because it's not accurate at all.
